Sign up and create a room. Give it a name, pick a theme, and choose whether the timer runs from the browser or from the desktop app.
Build your flow and start
Add activities and breaks with their durations. Set how many rounds to repeat. When ready, press Start and the timer begins.
Share the link
Copy the room URL and send it to whoever needs to follow along. They open it in any browser — no account or install required.
